Lebrecht Photo Library is delighted to invite you to the first in a series of presentations curated in co-operation with the Ben-Uri Gallery, St Johns Wood, London. Military historian, Sanjoy Mukherjee-Richardson, will take you through life in the trenches and the wider context of World War I. RSVP now.

The talk will use reference material from the Lebrecht World War One image collection.

Presenter Sanjoy Mukherjee-Richardson, military historian, served in the British Army for five years. His PhD focused on the training of recruits in the British Army. He worked with Professor/Brigadier Richard Holmes who was renowned for his studies of the lives of ordinary soldiers, particularly during the First World War.
